Investigation Fees
Investigation fees vary depending on the nature of the investigation, the number of investigators, the investigation period, and the travel area. We will discuss your situation at our office in Aobadai, Meguro, Tokyo, and determine the appropriate scope so that we do not conduct investigations that are unnecessary for your objective.
Before you sign a contract, we will separately explain the investigation fee, actual expenses such as transportation costs, and any fees for reporting the results. We will begin the investigation only after you have reviewed and agreed to the scope and costs.

This is a flat rate for one full day of investigation. There is no additional charge based on the number of investigators, even if more investigators are assigned.
Investigations are generally handled within the basic fee. Additional charges apply only when unexpected travel or expenses become necessary.
If an investigation requiring additional costs becomes necessary, we will proceed only after obtaining your approval in advance.

The fee is calculated based on the number of investigators, the time required, and the number of investigation days. If the subject's movements are difficult to predict, we will also explain the anticipated investigation hours and time periods in advance.
We will explain expenses necessary for the investigation, such as transportation and facility usage fees. Any expenses that may arise in addition will also be explained in advance when the contract is signed.
We will explain in advance how and when we will report the investigation results, including photographs and activity records. We maintain strict confidentiality from the end of the investigation through the delivery of the report.

During the estimate process, we will explain the investigation objective, anticipated number of days, and conditions that may change the fee one by one. We will never pressure you to sign a contract, and you are welcome to take the information home and consider it.
