What We Confirm During the Initial Consultation
We will organize, in order, your relationship with the subject, the events causing concern, and the facts you want to verify.
If you already have information such as photographs, dates, or locations, please bring it if convenient and only to the extent you feel comfortable.
We will not rush you toward a conclusion; we will honestly explain whether an investigation is necessary and what can reasonably be established.

Estimate and Contract
You will enter into a contract after reviewing the fees and scope of the investigation. If additional action may become necessary, we will discuss it with you in advance before proceeding.

We will verify information in accordance with your request. If a decision is needed during the investigation, we will notify you according to the agreed communication arrangements. We conduct all investigations safely and in compliance with the law.
